Lunch part 2. I was still very hungry after my oatmeal and orange Julius so I made a piece of toast and topped it with hummus, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, kalamata olives, and mushrooms to make something like a “pizza”. It was delicious! Finished it off with a piece of dark chocolate! Quick, yummy, and beautifully colored snack! :) didn’t make it too heavy since I’m goin for a run soon but got enough to eat from it still. This is what my bowl of cereal ended up looking like, after I mixed in the protein powder, so all the banana slices, berries, and nuts fell to the bottom haha. Weird and BEST combo ever!!!! My night snack was egg white vanilla oatmeal topped with vanilla protein PB2 sauce, peanutbutter, honey, and TONS of kobocha squash!! Quick pic of lunch. Of course I snacked though while making lunch (don’t I always!?) while making lunch I had a piece of cinnamon raisin bread, and one protein oat flour waffle dipped in apple butter. Then for the actual lunch I had split pea soup with nutritional yeast and toast with peanutbutter and jam. Delicious.
